For groups or large family vacations there is a customary fee for booking all airfare, collecting all travelers’ data, making dining reservations, and planning the trip. Please note that you do not pay higher rates for hotels or tours by booking through me; providers simply pay me a commission for utilizing their properties or services.
To prepare for our call, please consider your budget, past travel preferences, and basic details such as dates and “must-do” activities.
Step 2: Planning & Customization
Once I understand your vision, I will craft a custom-tailored itinerary. I handle the research and vet properties to present exclusive options. This is a collaborative process where we will refine the details until the itinerary is perfect.
Step 3: Booking & Beyond
I manage all bookings, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and transfers. Working with me also provides VIP perks—such as potential room upgrades when available , breakfast, and resort credits—and dedicated travel advocacy should any issues arise during your journey.
