Acceptance of Terms
By booking travel services through Impeccable Travel, LLC.. or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Travel Documentation & Identification
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including:
- Valid passports
- Visas
- TSA/DHS-approved identification
- Vaccination or health documentation if required
Names on travel documents must exactly match airline and booking records.
Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond travel dates. Non-U.S. citizens may require additional documentation.
Children and minors traveling internationally may require additional consent forms and identification.
Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denied boarding, missed flights, or denied entry into a destination.
*Impeccable Travel, LLC. does not carry the responsibility if a traveler has not completed required documents for entry into foreign countries. If a trip is interrupted due to misrepresentation on any form, or if the client fails to comply and provide all documents, preventing the trip from proceeding, all responsibility is held by the lead traveler.
Entry Requirements & Criminal Records
Each country establishes its own entry requirements. Travelers with current or past criminal offenses are responsible for checking entry restrictions directly with the destination country.
Impeccable Travel is not responsible for denied visas, denied entry, or resulting financial losses.
Travel Advisories & Risk
Travel to certain destinations may involve risk. Travelers are encouraged to monitor:
- U.S. State Department advisories
- TSA updates
- CDC health notices
- Local government restrictions
Participation in travel is at the traveler’s own risk.
Booking Responsibility
You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are authorized to make bookings
- All information provided is accurate
- You accept supplier terms and conditions
Impeccable travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.
Payments & Cancellations
Final payment deadlines are determined by individual suppliers. Impeccable Travel cannot amend suppliers terms & conditions.
Important cancellation policies:
- Deposits may be non-refundable
- Some bookings are fully non-refundable after payment
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Supplier penalties and administrative fees may apply
Refunds are subject to supplier policies.
Air Travel & Scheduling
Unless you book your airfare through The Largay Travel (air department), Impeccable Travel’s host company, neither Largay or Impeccable Travel are responsible for airline services or issues.
Travelers booking their own flights are responsible for:
- Reconfirming flights
- Checking in on time
- Monitoring schedule changes
- Understanding baggage and airline policies
Missed flights or unused reservations may result in cancellation of remaining itinerary segments.
Pricing & Currency Changes
Prices are subject to change due to:
- Currency exchange fluctuations
- Fuel surcharges
- Government taxes and fees
- Supplier-imposed increases
After full payment, price increases are generally limited to government-imposed taxes or fees.
Health & Security Requirements
Travelers are responsible for:
- Required vaccinations
- Medical preparedness
- Understanding destination health requirements
- Compliance with security regulations
Consult your physician and review CDC and State Department guidance before travel.
Hazardous Materials
Federal law prohibits hazardous materials on aircraft, including:
- Explosives
- Flammable liquids
- Compressed gases
- Corrosive materials
Travelers should review TSA and airline regulations before departure.
It is advisable to acquire Global Entry for ease of entering countries.
Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer
Impeccable Travel/Largay Travel acts solely as a booking agent for independent suppliers.
Impeccable Travel is not liable for:
- Supplier delays
- Schedule changes
- Injuries
- Property damage
- Service interruptions
- Supplier negligence
- Weather-related disruptions
Liability is limited to commissions and fees actually received by Impeccable Travel/Largay Travel
Force Majeure
Impeccable Travel/Largay Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government actions
- Terrorism
- Strikes
- Health emergencies
- Transportation disruptions
Refunds, if any, are subject to supplier policies and applicable fees.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Coverage may include:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergencies
- Emergency evacuation
- Lost baggage
- Travel delays
- Supplier default
Without travel insurance, travelers may lose part or all of their travel investment.The travelers must sign a decline insurance form if they reject travel insurance for Impeccable Travel/Largay Travel records.
Changes to Travel Plans
Impeccable Travel/Largay Travel reserves the right to:
- Modify itineraries
- Substitute comparable accommodations or services
- Cancel or alter travel arrangements when necessary
Changes may occur due to weather, supplier availability, safety concerns, or operational issues.
Photography & Marketing
Impeccable Travel may use photographs or videos taken during travel experiences for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.
Website Use & Copyright
All website content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Unauthorized use of the website or secure areas may result in legal action. Including posing as Impeccable Travel or Largay Travel.
Privacy & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Impeccable Travel reserves the right to investigate violations of website security or misuse.
Changes to Terms
Impeccable Travel may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services or the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

All services and website content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
