WILL MY TRIP COST MORE IF I BOOK THROUGH YOU INSTEAD OF ONLINE?
Not at all, I have access to the same pricing as major online sites and I can often secure exclusive deals, perks, or amenities—for example, resort credits, included breakfast, or room upgrades based on availability.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLAN MY VACATION?
Depending on the time of year, earlier is better. The sweet spot is 6 months but if you can plan a year in advance you will have the luxury of the largest selection of rooms or tour availability. If you are in a city and want a particular room or class on a cruise, you win! People can also take advantage of many last-minute deals to save money. It really depends on what type of traveler you want to be. Most providers only require a small deposit to reserve your trip. I will always give you the supplier’s cancellation policy before you put down your deposit on your trip.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE A TRIP PLANNING FEE?
The fee compensates me for the extensive time and research required to curate the best possible vacation based on my fact finding from our previous conversations. It allows me to present you with an unbiased recommendations and grants you the access to exclusive perks and resources you wouldn’t find on your own. It is an investment that will appreciate during your seamless journey.
CAN I STILL EARN HOTEL POINTS AND STATUS FOR ALL OF MY TRAVEL PARTNERS?
Yes, when you fill out your secure profile in our database, list all of your frequent flyer, hotel and rental car loyalty card numbers. When applicable, I will give those to the providers when I book your trip. You will earn your points while you travel. If you wish to use your points, you will be responsible for booking those reservations. I am not allowed to book using your points. It is for security.
